Marumali Program® at Work
Non-First Nations Service Provider
Equips non-First Nations professionals with the tools to provide culturally respectful, trauma-informed support to Stolen Generations survivors and their families.
Understanding the Marumali Program®
The Marumali Program® for non-First Nations Service Providers is a transformative two-day workshop designed to strengthen the capacity of individuals and organisations across sectors to provide safe, respectful, and culturally responsive support to Stolen Generations survivors and their families.
Whether working in education, justice, housing, banking, government, or community services, this program equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to engage in culturally safe ways that acknowledge the continuing impact of past government removal policies and institutional harm.
Through guided reflection, real-world examples, and deep cultural insight, participants explore their role in supporting healing, building trust, and upholding the rights and dignity of Aboriginal peoples.
