The training is delivered in person over a set number of days and includes ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements and Eligibility

To apply, we ask that you:

Have experience working with Indigenous communities and/or trauma survivors.

Demonstrate strong facilitation and communication skills.

$

Commit to delivering the Marumali Program in alignment with its core values.

$

Complete the Marumali Facilitator Training program.

$

Hold relevant Working with Children and/or Vulnerable People clearances (state-based).

We encourage applications from Indigenous individuals, community leaders, social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Application Process

Submit Your Expression of Interest (EOI)

Complete the online form with your background, experience, and motivation.

Review and Shortlisting

Applications will be assessed against key eligibility criteria.

Initial Discussion

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a consultation session.

Training and Accreditation

Successful applicants will be enrolled in the Marumali Facilitator Training.

Facilitator Certification

Once training is complete, facilitators will receive certification and be ready to lead Marumali Program workshops.
