The Marumali Program®
The Marumali Journey of Healing Model is an endorsed, culturally grounded and trauma- informed healing model created and developed by Aunty Lorraine Peeters, a Gamilaraay and Wayilwun woman and Survivor of the Stolen Generations.
Survivor-led and developed from lived experience, the Model brings together cultural knowledge, healing practice and the strengths of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to support healing, resilience, identity and reconnection.
The Marumali Program® is an evidence based program, informed by decades of practice, participant experience and collected program data. It supports individuals, families and communities while building the knowledge and capability of organisations and workforces to understand the history and ongoing impacts of the Stolen Generations.
Our programs strengthen healing, identity and wellbeing, while supporting culturally safe, respectful and trauma-informed practice.
