Marumali Program®
Young Leaders, Ages 9-24
Empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples youth to build strong cultural identity, resilience, and leadership through community, healing, and connection.
Understanding this Marumali Program®
The Marumali Program® for Young People is designed to empower First Nations youth who are Stolen Generations survivors, descendants of survivors, or have familial connections to those affected by past removal policies. This program fosters healing, cultural connection, and personal empowerment, equipping young people with the strength and knowledge to navigate their own healing journey.
With a focus on positive social outcomes, this program acknowledges the intergenerational impact of trauma and provides a structured, culturally safe space for young people to explore identity, resilience, and belonging. By supporting young people in healing, the program also strengthens families, communities, and broader society, creating ripple effects of healing and cultural renewal.
